This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your Rewarder User account is deleted, all your data — including profile, settings, content, projects and subscription — will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Please note: Rewarder User is an application (product) developed, owned and operated by Nextzen Services Inc. By submitting this form you are requesting the deletion of your Rewarder User account held with Nextzen Services Inc. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" on this page refers to Nextzen Services Inc. in its capacity as the operator of Rewarder User.

Before you continue, please note:
  • All your data, projects, files and history will be permanently erased
  • Any active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
  • This action cannot be undone — please make sure to back up anything important
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

  • Account credentials and login data
  • Projects, files and uploaded content
  • Activity history and analytics
  • API keys and integrations
  • Subscription and billing history

What We May Retain

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics (no PII)
  • Records required by law (e.g., tax records for 7 years)
  • Records of fraud or abuse incidents
  • Backups are overwritten within 90 days
